What exactly happens after ordering?

When you order we will contact you via text message, telephone or email to make sure your transaction was easy and you ordered everything you needed.  We also may need to contact you in the unfortunate event of a product being out of stock.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, please check your inbox in the email you have gave us and it will include all of the important information regarding your order.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

When the order payment is taken of my bank account?

Yes, Payment will be taken from your account once the order has been placed.

What is wishlist?

Our wishlist function enables you to build up a list of your favorite flooring products when you choose which ones will be more suited to your home.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

If in the very unlikely event your order is damaged and you are unhappy with the product then please inform us immediatly, we will ask you if you are able to take a picture on your smart phone of the damages so that it will help us to understand how the damage has occured.

We check each and every piece of flooring that leaves our warehouse to ensure this does not happen and that you recieve the perfect product everytime.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, of course, we love our products soo much we dont want to let them go… however please refer to the refunds and returns policy for more information as some of our products may not be eligable for a return due to being a bespoke and custom product.
